Service
All service related calls are routed through our service desk and allocated to the service engineer best situated to attend to the fault. All our vehicles are fitted with trackers which allows us to allocate faults to the engineer best placed to repond. Information is sent electronically direct to the engineers PDA providing them with all relevant information before they arrive on site. All our service engineers are directly employed and trained to understand not only the equipment which they service but also the importance of a first time repair.
Maintenance
We are able to offer a range of preventative maintenance services tailored to meet your exact needs ranging from a single maintenance visit per annum to quarterly visits in the case of voice evacuation systems. We are also able to offer reactive maintenance with a range of response times. |
