Using information supplied in a range of formats including Autocad and pdf we are able with the use of the clients specification able to design systems to meet the demands of both performance and budget. Alternatively we can arrange a site survey and discuss requirements, using this information produce a system design.
All service related calls a routed through our service desk and allocated to the service engineer located in the region best situated to attend to the fault. All our service engineers are directly employed and trained to understand not only the equipment which they service but also the importance of a first time repair.

All installation engineers are directly employed. All engineers have undergone health and safety training all carry CSCS cards most at supervisor level and all are trained to use powered access equipment and certified by IPAF. All installations are carried out so as to comply with site requirements and to minimise the amount of disturbance. Should it not be possible to carry out installation work during normal hours we are very used to working both weekends and nights.
